Pat's
Train of Thought
Hello everyone!
I am Pat Vargo, the new owner of
the Stitchin Station at Quilting
Barn.
I was born and raised in
Memphis, Tennessee. I have been
married to my husband, Marc for
13 years. I have two daughters,
Christen and Jennifer, and a
step-son, Marc Jr. My daughter,
Christen, graduated from Law
School and is waiting to take
the Bar Exam. My daughter,
Jennifer, just recently moved to
Los Angeles, CA and I miss her
terribly. My step son, Marc Jr
is going to be a senior in high
school this year. Boy, do they
grow up fast!!!
I have been quilting since May,
2000. I enjoy machine piecing,
but occasionally I try my hand
at applique. I own a Gammill
long-arm machine and am learning
slowly to do edge-to-edge
pantographs. I've wanted a
quilt shop almost since I began
quilting and finally my dream
has come true. I guess good
things come to those who wait.
I look forward to meeting all of
you and hope that you will stop
in and say hello, the next time
you are at the barn.
